Hello, we would like to keep you up to date you with the current situation regarding Coronavirus. 

With restrictions now easing we have been able to make a few changes in the salon whilst still ensuring the health, safety and well being of our staff and brides are at the forefront. Rest assured you will still receive the same exceptional Opus customer service  and our team are all here to help you have an enjoyable, memorable wedding dress experience. 

The salon is now open, however, we are very much available via our Facebook messenger and email. We are here to answer any queries you may have and have compiled a list of questions and answers below that may help.

You can book online or via telephone

Our online booking system is available 24 hours a day.  Alternatively you can reach us on (01294) 824838 and we will be happy to assist in booking your appointment.

You can bring three guests with you to attend your bridal appointment

To ensure the safety of our staff and brides at this time we can allow three guests per bride for bridal consultation appointments. You are of course more than welcome to include other members of your bridal party virtually via FaceTime or Zoom so that they can still be part of your wedding dress experience. 

Yes, there is a £25 fee for Bridal Consultations

We have introduced a non refundable fee of £25 for all bridal consultation appointments, payable at the time of booking. This has been necessary to allow us to meet high demands for appointments whilst ensuring the safety of our staff and brides by dedicating extra time for sanitising the salon, dressing area and gowns in between appointments. We will be providing your guests with Prosecco, soft drinks and cupcakes for you to enjoy throughout your appointment. Prior to your appointment full guidelines will be sent to you with all the relevant information. 

Yes - you will still be able to find your dream dress

Lockdown may have disrupted your wedding dress shopping plans but you still have time to find your dress. If you are getting married this year you have the option of choosing from our immaculate designer sample gowns which are available immediately. In addition to this our designers hold brand new stock, which is available on a short timescale,  it may be your dream dress is already made and waiting for you. 

Rest assured you have lots of options available and Team Opus will help you find your perfect dress. 

YES - you will still be able to find your dream dress

If you had been planning on wedding dress shopping then lockdown happened don't worry you still have time to find your dress . 

You can either order your dress as normal, all our made to order dresses are expected to arrive in store approximately 6 months from the date of order. Alternatively our designers hold brand new stock so it may be that your dream dress is already made and waiting for you. In addition to this the gowns in our immaculate designer sample range are in store and available immediately. 

Rest assured you have lots of options available and Team Opus will help you find your perfect dress. 

All guests must be age 12 and over.

To be able to ensure social distancing and meet health and safety requirements we are unable to accommodate any children or babies during this time.

We are sorry to hear that your wedding is being delayed or postponed. Please let us know as soon as you can of any date changes to allow us to plan our diary for your fitting appointments when we re-open.
