Hello, we would like to keep you up to date you with the current situation regarding Coronavirus. In accordance with government guidelines, Opus will be suspending our in-store operations for the time being.
Our hearts go out to all couples out there who are having to make huge decisions about whether to postpone or cancel their weddings in light of the Covid-19 lock down restrictions. We also feel for all those family members, friends, loved ones and wedding professionals who are left with difficult decisions to make too.
However, we understand it is hugely important for you all to know that we are very much available via our Facebook messenger and email. We are here to answer any queries you may have and have compiled a list of questions and answers below that may help.

We completely understand that this is the right thing to do as the health and well being of our Opus family is our number one priority. Although we may not be able to be in the shop right, we are still working from home and are here to help and support you during this time.
Don't Worry, We Are Keeping It Safe
All dresses will be kept safely in storage, just as we always do until they are wedding day ready for you.
On Hold for Now
All alterations are currently on hold, as soon as we are able to re-open our diary we will get you booked in to start, continue or complete alterations.
We Are Tracking All Our Orders
We are in continuous contact with our designers and suppliers. At present we are not expecting any significant disruption to our deliveries and we will be in touch with you directly when your gown is ready for despatch.

We are sorry to hear that your wedding is being delayed or postponed. Please let us know as soon as you can of any date changes to allow us to plan our diary for your fitting appointments when we re-open.
We can’t wait to meet you and start your Opus journey, however for now we have temporarily suspended our online booking system. But no need to worry you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will add you to our waiting list so you are first in line to come in and try on wedding dresses when we re-open.
